Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy I value your time and strive to provide excellent service. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, please review our cancellation and no-show policy: 1. Cancellations: • We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge of 30% of the service cost 2. No-Shows: • If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to provide notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • After 1 no show, I will require a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments. 3. Late Arrivals: • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, and a late cancellation fee may apply. I understand that emergencies happen.
